Arpi Karamian, Esq.
Associate

Arpi Karamian is an associate attorney at Kermisch & Paletz LLP and was admitted to practice law for the State of California in 2017. Arpi immigrated to the United States when she was nine (9) years old. Arpi is fluent in Armenian.

Arpi attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California where she earned her Juris Doctor Degree in 2017. While attending law school, Arpi was a member of the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot Team, which traveled to Hong Kong and Malaysia to compete against schools from across the globe. During her tenure, she won Best Memorandum for Respondent at ICC/KLRCA Pre-Moot in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and she received Honorable Mentions for both Claimant's and Respondent's Memo at Vis Moot East in Hong Kong. During her time at Loyola, she was a Certified Law Student for Loyola's Center for Juvenile Law and Policy (specifically the Youth Justice Education Clinic) representing minors in the juvenile system who have special education needs and advocating for their educational rights. Arpi also interned at the YWCA of Glendale legal department, assisting domestic violence victims in family law and immigration law matters.

Arpi completed her Bachelor's degree in History at the University of California at San Diego in 2013. While attending college, Arpi was actively involved with Homenetmen, an international non-profit Armenian youth organization at the Glendale "Ararat" Chapter.

Arpi’s mission is to provide exceptional legal representation to her clients. She understands that each case is unique and that her approach must be tailored to each client’s particular set of interests. She says, “I never forget that I am dealing with people going through a difficult and personal time in their lives. My job is to be their advocate and their voice in the courtroom.” Arpi makes it her focus to not only advocate zealously for her clients, but to actually make her clients her focus.

Arpi grew up in Toronto and Vancouver before moving to Los Angeles, California, and attended high school at Crescenta Valley High School, Class of 2008. Arpi loves traveling and spending time at the beach. She can often be found at Manhattan Beach, with friends or family.
