Patsy Barron Martinez, Esq.

Patsy Barron Martinez is an associate attorney at Kermisch & Paletz LLP and was admitted to practice law for the State of California in 2016. Patsy immigrated to the United States when she was one (1) year old. Patsy is fluent in Spanish.

Patsy attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California where she earned her Juris Doctor Degree in 2016. While attending law school, Patsy was the co-chair of the Immigration Law Society, Vice President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and Secretary of La Raza de Loyola. During her time at Loyola she received several awards, including being named the Mexican American Bar Foundation Scholar in 2014 and 2015, the Mabel W. Richards Foundation Scholar in 2014, and the Los Defensores Scholar in 2015.

Patsy completed her Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2011, graduating Summa cum laude. While attending college, she was named an Outstanding Graduate, Political Science Valedictorian, a President’s Council Scholar, Student Association Founders Scholar, and Hilda S. Solis Scholar. In addition, Patsy was a member of the English Honors Society Sigma Tau Delta, the Political Honor Society Pi Sigma Alpha, and the National Honor Society Alpha Lambda Delta.

Patsy’s mission in representing her clients is to address their immediate needs, while focusing on long-term effects. She says, "My goal is to assist my clients in reaching a fair and equitable resolution of their conflicts through dispute resolution methods and, when necessary, through zealous and diligent litigation.” Patsy is a zealous advocate and is committed to providing her clients with honesty, integrity, fairness, compassion, courtesy and diligence.

Patsy grew up in Los Angeles, California, and attended high school at John Marshall High School, Class of 2007. Patsy loves traveling and dancing. She can often be found at Disneyland with her daughter and husband. Patsy is the oldest of three siblings and has a dog named Crazy.
