Maya Dilanian

Maya Dilanian is an associate attorney at Kermisch & Paletz LLP. Maya earned her Bachelors degree from University of California, San Diego, where she majored in Literatures in English and graduated with Honors in the Highest Degree. She then went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School’s SCALE Two-Year Accelerated J.D. Program with a Distinction in Public Service.

During her short time in law school, Maya gained hands-on experience in family law while working at the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law and externing for The Honorable Judge Jessica C. Kronstadt at the Los Angeles Superior Court. These experiences not only solidified Maya’s passion to practice family law, but also provided her with in-depth knowledge of the family court system and the importance of guiding clients through their cases in a compassionate and diligent manner. Maya was also a board member of the Southwestern Armenian Law Student’s Association and Family and Dependency Law Society, and has been an active member of the Armenian Bar Association’s Domestic Violence Committee since 2022.

Although a Los Angeles native, Maya is a proud Armenian. Outside of the office, she enjoys lagree and indoor cycling classes, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
