Senior Associate Attorney
Eden Bautista is a senior associate at Kermisch & Paletz LLP. Eden attended Golden Gate University, School of Law in San Francisco, California where she earned her Juris Doctor Degree in 2018, and she completed her bachelor’s degree in Italian studies at the University of California, Berkeley in 2008.
Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal for over six years at a firm that practiced exclusively in family law matters. While attending law school, Eden worked as a law clerk, again with a focus on family law, and she volunteered for underserved communities through Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach and One Justice. Eden was the President of the Pilipino American Law Society and a Board Member of Pride Law. She also earned a Zamperini/Burchell Endowed Scholarship awarded to LGBTQ+ students based on overall academic achievement and earned a Filipino Bar Association of Northern California Foundation Scholarship, which is awarded to students who have demonstrated service to their community.
Having worked exclusively in family law for over a decade, Eden is able to help clients navigate through divorce proceedings from start to finish. Eden has worked with clients of different backgrounds from low-income to high net worth, and with unique family structures. No matter what, Eden is committed to working closely with clients to identify their goals, understand the hard and soft factors of their case, and ensure clients understand and are informed at each stage.
Eden was born and raised in Los Angeles, and graduated from Immaculate Heart High School, Class of 2003. In her spare time, Eden enjoys watching movies, attending concerts at the Hollywood Bowl, and playing golf.
