Jennifer N. Weiss.

Jenny earned her law degree from University of California, College of Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, Jenny served as the External Vice President of the Family Law Student Association overseeing the attorney mentorship program, was a staff member of the Hastings Journal of Gender and the Law, and was an active member of the Center for Advocacy, Resources & Education, and Women's Law Society, furthering her commitment to advocacy and representation in family law and violence against women. Jenny also remained active in the academic side of law school, serving as both a research assistant for a family law and domestic violence professor and as a teaching assistant for Research and Writing before graduating in 2023.

Prior to law school, Jenny graduated from San Francisco State University, majoring in Anthropology. Her pre-law experience includes working as a field technician for archaeological sites in California and as a server for restaurants. Jenny also spent her junior year of undergrad studying abroad in Istanbul, Turkey and spent the summer on an excavation site in Western Turkey. These experiences have honed Jenny’s skills in communication, cultural understanding, and legal analysis.

While in law school, Jenny clerked at the Unified Family Court in San Francisco, gaining invaluable insights into the complexities of family law matters in California. Originally from Valencia, CA, she is excited to be back home in the beautiful and inviting, Southern California.

In her free time, Jenny enjoys walking, reading, spending time with friends and family, and baking.
