Eden Bautista, Esq.
Eden Bautista is an associate attorney at Kermisch & Paletz LLP and was admitted to practice law for the State of California in 2019. Eden attended Golden Gate University, School of Law in San Francisco, California where she earned her Juris Doctor Degree in 2018, and she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Italian Studies at the University of California, Berkeley in 2008. Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal for over six years at a firm that practiced exclusively in family law matters.
While attending law school, Eden worked as a law clerk, again with a focus on family law, and she volunteered for underserved communities through Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach and One Justice. Eden was the President of the Pilipino American Law Society and a Board Member of Pride Law. She also earned a Zamperini/Burchell Endowed Scholarship awarded to LGBTQ+ students based on overall academic achievement and earned a Filipino Bar Association of Northern California Foundation Scholarship, which is awarded to students who have demonstrated service to their community.
Eden’s focus has always been in aiding and serving the underprivileged. In addition to her volunteer work during law school, Eden volunteered for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles assisting low-income persons in matters relating to domestic violence, child custody and visitation, and child abduction. Eden is a zealous advocate and is committed to providing her clients with honesty, integrity, fairness, compassion, courtesy, and diligence.
Eden was born and raised in Los Angeles, and graduated from Immaculate Heart High School, Class of 2003. In her spare time, Eden enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and attending Los Angeles Football Club matches.
