Emily Rader, Esq.
Associate Attorney
Emily Rader joined Kermisch & Paletz LLP as an associate attorney in 2018. Emily attended Loyola Law School and graduated with a Juris Doctorate Degree in 2017. She attended Northern Arizona University and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Economics. While she grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, she is originally from upstate New York. She is the youngest of three children.
Emily volunteers much of her time to the Francis Center serving breakfast to the homeless of downtown Los Angeles. She also is involved monthly with the Loyola Law School Alumni Association.
In law school she co-chaired the Public Interest Law Foundation annual auction fundraiser. She also volunteered for the Cancer Legal Resource Center, which connects low-income cancer patients with legal resources. Additionally, she assisted with Public Counsel assisting low-income clients with foreclosure defense and helping defrauded students at for-profit colleges apply for tuition refunds. Emily was also an active member of the Women’s Law Association and the Jewish Students Law Association.
Emily plays the flute and was in marching band in high school. She has always loved to argue and was the founding member/president of her high school’s debate team. Emily is a passionate advocate who has always been attracted to serving people in need, which makes her a perfect fit for Family and Civil Law cases.
